2 x bottles DHMSCo Cola
1 cup brown sugar
1kg chicken wingettes
1/4 cup dark soy
2cm knob fresh ginger (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. In a roasting tin place cola, brown sugar, dark soy, ginger and garlic. Stir to dissolve brown sugar.
Place wingettes in marinating liquid, rotate wings to cover in the marinade. Roast for 3.5 hours, rotating chicken wings every 30 minutes to ensure maximum stickyness!
