Bircher Muesli


1 cup Rolled oats

1 cup  Vanilla yoghurt (for less sweetness use natural yoghurt)

1 Banana,Mango and Passionfruit juice (300ml) 

1 tblspn  Dried fruit, chopped 

1 tspn     Linseed

1 tspn     Pepita

1 tspn     Coconut Fresh fruit to serve


Place oats, dried fruit and seeds in a bowl Pour over Banana, Mango and Passionfruit juice.

Cover and leave in fridge over night.

The next morning, stir in one cup of yoghurt and serve topped with your favourite fruit and coconut
